A Writing Update

Now that Operation Valentine has released (yesterday! If you pre-ordered it, it should be happily ensconced on your electronic device awaiting your reading pleasure. I’d love to hear how you liked it when you’re done!) — anyway, now that it’s out there in the world, I thought it’d be a good plan to update you on what’s next.

I am happily working away on A Handful of Hope, book four in the Taste of Romance series. I’m hoping to have it ready for release in April. If you’ve read A Pinch of Promise, you met Jen and Sara, Rebecca’s friends. A Handful of Hope is Jen’s story. What’s lovely is that while I’m working on this one, I’m getting some solid ideas for Sara’s story, which I’ll release later this year. (Still working on a title for that one, but I’m thinking it may be A Tidbit of Trust. Ts, at least — still playing with options like A Tad and A Touch as well. It’s a work in progress — if you have thoughts, I’d love to hear them!) Sara’s story will wrap up the Taste of Romance series.

In between Handful and whatever Sara’s book is, I’ll be releasing another Operation Romance novella. I believe I’m setting this one around the fourth of July (with a planned release date in that same time frame.) If you’re keeping up with the Intelligence Associates, Inc. gang, you’ll correctly surmise that this will be Jake’s book. I’m hoping to have a fourth novella in this series this year as well, but so far I haven’t nailed down who the main characters of that will be – though I have one idea. We’ll see how that fleshes out.

And that’s where I am so far – I’m excited about the writing that this year holds!
