Book Reviews from Gandma

My mom recently gave me a journal that my grandmother kept of her reading. She was the church librarian for as long as I can remember and she read every book before she put it in there. (I come from a long legacy of readers on both sides of my family.) Since I’ve been doing a bit of re-reading myself lately (and thus not really had any new book reviews of my own to share here), I thought I’d start sharing some of grandma’s thoughts. It’s a fun new perspective (at least to me) and the books are older (she passed away over 10 years ago now), so it might be a chance for all of us to unearth a new treasure or remember an old favorite.
