For a little while now, I've been trying to up my game when it comes…
Happy 2016!
A very happy New Year to all of you!
I remember doing the math when I was little to figure out how old I’d be in the year 2000 and now we’re 16 years past that. (And I thought I was going to be SO OLD in 2000. Ha. Amazing how a little time makes you realize it’s not *that* old.) I also remember thinking about my grandfather (my mom’s dad) who was born in the 1870s and how that was so long ago (my grandmother was his second marriage and he was in his 60s when my mom was born). Now…I suspect my own grandchildren, should there be some down the line, will have the same thoughts. After all, I was born in the 1900s. That’s so last century.
I’m grateful for you being willing to spend a little of your time with me here on the blog and with my imaginary friends who find their way onto the pages of my books.
I’m looking forward to seeing what God has in store.

Happy New Year Elizabeth! Hope your year is filled His goodness and blessings!
Speaking of grandchildren, my oldest granddaughter said to me on Christmas Eve, “NaNa, you really aren’t that old, my friends grandparents are so much older looking and acting than you.” Bless her sweet heart! ❤ Maybe that’s the benefit of having 3 children by the age of 21, and becoming a grandma at 35! 😆❤
Aw, sweet kiddo! And she’s right, you’re a young NaNa! And that’s a good thing 🙂
