Happy Labor Day!

So here in the States (and I believe also in Canada), it’s Labor Day. If I recall, there is a long and worth-knowing history of this day…but I don’t remember it. (This is why I don’t write historical anything. History is just not really my thing.) Anyway, for us it’s generally fun, friends, and grilled food of some sort.

This year, there will be no grilled food as my hubby’s grill died two years (maybe three) ago and he’s never replaced it. Though perhaps, with end of season sales and such, we’ll go out and find a new one tomorrow.
