Some New Family Fun

On a lark the other day, my husband downloaded the free trial for Zoo Tycoon on the Xbox One. I loved Rollercoaster Tycoon, back in the day, so Zoo Tycoon was interesting. And what’s even more fun is that it uses the Kinect for some things. So while I build a zoo, the kids can stand and make faces at the chimps (to give them social interactions), or feed the various animals by picking up fruits and vegetables and holding them out. So we can all play. Plus the kids just enjoy watching the various animals as we build the zoo.

Of course it’s also great for procrastinating.
