Vacation Dreams

Now that the snow around here seems to have moved along – at least for the time being – my thoughts are turning to spring and…vacation.

My husband and I will celebrate our 20th anniversary later this year. We’d planned to take the family to Scotland in the fall as our mutual gift. And then the house needed a new roof. You know how these things go.

And so we’re looking at turning a trip to a family reunion in July into a wider-spread vacation/road trip of some sort. Of course, the hubby isn’t a big fan of being in the car, so we’ll have to split up the driving portions of the program. Still, I think we’ll be able to put together something fun.
