My First Ever Book Signing

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be at my first ever book signing as part of DC Fest on August 17th! My publisher is having a table/booth in their vendor area and she asked me to come along an help (plus sign my books.) And I’m thrilled! (Plus I’m guessing I’ll get to overhear some of the music, which is always a good thing.) So if you’re going, I hope you’ll swing through the Vendor area and look for the HopeSprings table. (And even better? There’ll be a ton of books, bookmarks, postcards, etc. from other authors – not just the people published by HSB.)

And then, because it seemed like a good thing to do, I’ll also be participating in the first ever Book Lover’s Bazaar, to be held at the Lorton Workhouse Arts Center on September 20th. Currently it doesn’t look like there are a ton of authors (or crafters, as they’ve been invited, too) signed up, but hopefully that’ll change before long. (Or maybe the website is just not up to date. That happens, I know.)

Anyway, if you’re local to the DC area and are attending either (or both) of those venues, I’d love to meet you and hope you’ll swing by! (I’ll take some pictures and share after the fact as well.)
